This page has a couple of screen shots taken from Level Markbook for Microsoft Access set up for a WA CAF course. You can see more in the Help file (a Word document) or experiment with the example data included in the free download.

The screen below shows the data entry screen for a five outcome subject. Level Markbook allows up to 12 outcomes and any number of tasks.
 

This screen illustrates a summary printout for the whole class. You can choose whether to ignore missing marks or count them as the lowest value when creating summaries.
 

This last screen shows the result of printing an individual student summary. This report can be customised with your college's name and logo.
